In an interview with Al-Arabiya, US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Joey Hood stressed that the US commitment to return to the UN Security Council is not permanent, and that if the Islamic Republic wants to revive the UN Security Council, it must return to the Vienna talks soon.
