Luis Bono, US Deputy Chief of Mission for International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, told a meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors that the United States was ready to lift sanctions against the UN Security Council, but noted that the return to full BRICS adherence was not permanent.
